These terms apply when you use the KAVIA online store or place an order with us.

Products

KAVIA offers small-batch food products. Product availability may change according to production and stock. We aim to present descriptions, weights, ingredients, images, and prices accurately; minor visual variation can occur between batches or packaging.

Orders

Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance until the order is confirmed. We may cancel or contact you about an order if an item is unavailable, pricing is incorrect, payment cannot be confirmed, or delivery information is incomplete.

Pricing & Payment

Prices are shown in USD unless otherwise stated. Available payment methods are those presented at checkout.

Delivery

Delivery is currently available within Lebanon according to our Shipping & Delivery page.

Food & Storage

Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient information and storing products appropriately after delivery. Anyone with food allergies or dietary sensitivities should review product information carefully before ordering.
